Shipping policy
Delivery
Free delivery on every order over R770. Under R770, delivery is a flat R100 anywhere in South Africa. An express option is available at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing.
- Delivery then takes a further 2 to 4 working days to main centres, and up to 5 to 7 working days to outlying areas.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier delays, load shedding and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is collected you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery areas
We deliver to physical street addresses across South Africa through our courier partners. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
If something goes wrong
If anything delays your order, we will contact you first. If a parcel is lost in transit, we trace it with the courier and either resend or refund you in full.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.
